I design homes that are meant to be lived in, not just looked at. My focus is on creating spaces that blend the indoors with the natural world, giving you a sense of freedom and calm in the middle of a busy city.
This is a render of our upcoming luxury villa township, Evara, in Igatpuri. The design features a modern aesthetic with clean lines, large glass facades, and natural materials to create a sophisticated home that is deeply connected to the surrounding mountain landscape.
We are proud that our design for the 74-storey One Marina tower in Mumbai has been awarded Best Residential High Rise Architecture in India. Every residence, starting 120 ft above sea level, is crafted for refined luxury with panoramic views of the Arabian Sea.

You do not need Italian marble in every corner to achieve true sophistication. I focus on how your space breathes, using natural light, thoughtful material layering, and flexible floor plans that let your home evolve alongside your life.
Architecture should be a promise to those who live within it. In our high-rise projects, such as One Marina, we start the habitable floors 120 feet above sea level to ensure you get total privacy and expansive views of the Arabian Sea. In quieter settings like our Igatpuri villa township, I emphasize the connection to the landscape with intersecting volumes and private garden terraces.
My process involves more than choosing furniture. We work on structural planning, including civil modifications to merge indoor and outdoor spaces, vertical garden integration, and electrical layouts for home automation. I believe in honest design where materials like velvet or brass are used because they offer comfort, not for show. Whether you are planning a sprawling villa or a modern city apartment, the goal remains the same: a home that fits your story.
