About Starters, Sides & Desserts

When you order my fish fry or kebabs, know that I marinate them with freshly ground Andhra spices. Because these are made to order, they arrive crisp and spicy, never reheated. If you want that extra kick of tamarind or spice in your sides, let me know when you order so I can adjust the heat to your liking.

I do not believe in shortcuts when it comes to the small stuff. My starters, like the spicy fish fry or the Hyderabadi-style chicken leg pieces, are marinated with homemade spice powders that deliver that authentic Andhra zing. I also prepare home-style Veg Manchurian, which is a favorite with my younger customers—it is tangy, fresh, and tossed with bell peppers for the right crunch.

For a sweet finish, my Carrot Kheer is a crowd favorite. It is not just sugar and milk; I slow-cook it with saffron and dry fruits to get that rich, natural sweetness. Whether you are looking to balance the heat of a spicy Gongura Pulihora or just need a comforting side to go with your Bagara Rice, these small additions make a big difference in a complete home meal.
