About Daily Meal Boxes (Thalis)
I pack every meal in a 5-compartment tray, but the secret is in the prep—my rice is always steamed Sona Masoori, and the curries change daily so you aren't eating the same thing all week. Because I run this as a home kitchen, I limit deliveries to a 7km radius around Alfa Gardens, K.R. Puram to ensure the food arrives fresh, hot, and without losing that authentic Andhra zing.
Living in a metro city, finding truly consistent, home-cooked food that isn't greasy restaurant-style cooking can be a challenge. That is why I started these daily meal boxes—to bring the flavours I grew up with in Andhra households directly to your dining table.
Whether it is a vegetarian thali with hearty Pappucharu (dal) or a non-veg box with spicy Kodi Kura (chicken curry), I do not use preservatives or bulk catering shortcuts. My daily menu changes to include seasonal vegetables and locally sourced ingredients, so your lunch or dinner feels like a fresh family meal rather than a repetitive takeout.
