- Sweet: 1 portion (approx. 75g). Rava Kesari (with cashews/ghee) or Semiya Payasam.
- Starter: 1 standard portion. Gobi 65, Mixed Veg Pakodi, or Veg Manchurian (Dry/Semi-gravy).
Main Course (Rice Specialities)
- Flavored Rice: 1 portion. Tamarind Pulihora (Andhra style), Gongura Pulihora, or Veg Dum Biryani.
- White Rice: Premium Sona Masoori steam rice (Unlimited basis calculation).
Curries & Sides
- Signature Curry: 1 rich gravy item. Gutti Vankaya Kura (Stuffed Brinjal) or Paneer Butter Masala.
- Dal/Lentils: Tomato Pappu, Gongura Pappu, or Dosakayi Pappu (Andhra style).
- Liquid Gravy: Homemade Sambar or Pepper Rasam.
Accompaniments & Packaging

- Chicken Dum Biryani: Hyderabadi or Nellore style with Basmati rice. Includes approx 2 pieces of marinated chicken per head.
- Sides: Mirchi ka Salan (Peanut gravy) and Onion Raitha.

- Side Dish: Boiled Egg Masala or Chicken Curry (thick gravy).

Real Ghar ka Khana
Everything’s cooked fresh, just like for my own family. No oily, outside feel. My kitchen is FSSAI registered, so hygiene is sorted. For pujas or special diets, I do no-onion, no-garlic food too - perfect for religious events or if you have food restrictions.
How I Serve
I deliver food in big, clean steel containers, ready to serve. For corporate events, I can pack individual meal boxes too, if you need.
