My classic Chana Masala, served with fluffy Lachha Parantha and Butter Naan. The chickpeas are cooked in a tangy tomato and onion gravy, perfect for a wholesome meal.

This is my Tilak Nagar special Chana Masala, a dish that has become a local favourite. It's served as a complete platter with bread, salad, and chutney.

My Punjabi special Pyaj Tadka Kadhi is comfort food at its best. The tangy yogurt-based curry is tempered with onions, whole red chillies, and spices, giving it a wonderful aroma and taste.

As they say, Rajma Chawal is the cure for everything! My version is simple, homely, and packed with flavour, served in a kulhad with crispy papad, onions, and chutney.

Everything you see here is prepared with our signature 'Pyaj Tadka' technique, which adds a distinct depth to our Kadhi and Rajma. We serve our comfort bowls in traditional kulhads to lock in that rustic, earthy flavour you usually only get in homemade Punjabi meals.
