Experience the real taste of Punjab right here in Delhi. From aromatic, slow-cooked Matka Biryani to my signature crispy Chur Chur Naan, everything is made fresh with love.

My special Tawa Biryani is cooked fresh on a large griddle with a lot of butter and vegetables. It's served in an earthen plate with a side of raita for a complete meal experience.

My delicious Chaap Biryani is a full meal in itself. Aromatic basmati rice is cooked with spicy chaap pieces and vegetables, served with a cooling raita on the side.

My Angithi special Chur Chur Naan is crispy, flaky, and stuffed with a flavourful filling. It's best enjoyed by crushing it with your hands and dipping it in rich dal or curry.

Here is my Tawa Chaap Biryani, a unique dish where succulent chaap pieces are cooked with rice and vegetables on a hot tawa. It's served with a spicy gravy on the side.

My Matka Veg Biryani is slow-cooked in a clay pot (matka) to lock in all the aromas and flavours. The biryani is then unveiled at the table, releasing a cloud of fragrant steam.

My Veg Tawa Chaap Biryani is a flavourful one-pot meal. The combination of spicy chaap, aromatic rice, and fresh vegetables makes it a customer favourite for both dine-in and delivery.

About Breads & Biryanis

Most biryanis are prepared hours in advance, but mine is tossed on a hot Tawa the moment you order it. I mix fresh chaap and spices directly into the rice, ensuring that signature smoky 'Tadka' flavour you get only when ingredients are sautéed on high heat right in front of you.

For me, a meal is incomplete without the right combination of rice and bread. That is why I focus on two very different but equally satisfying ways to serve Biryani. My Tawa Biryani is all about the high-heat sizzle—it is fast, flavorful, and perfect when you want something fresh and spicy. On the other hand, my Matka Biryani is slow-cooked in a traditional clay pot, sealing in all the aromas until the moment you open the lid at your table.

Then there is the bread. A Chur Chur Naan is meant to be crushed by hand, releasing the steam and buttery filling, and that is exactly how it should be eaten. I serve these with rich dals and curries that ground the meal.

Whether you are looking for a quick lunch, a family dinner, or catering for a gathering, I have options to suit the mood. Need something Jain-friendly? I prepare special Satvik versions without onion or garlic, so nobody misses out on the fun. From my Tilak Nagar kitchen to your plate, it is all about authentic Punjabi flavours and serving you with a smile. If you are planning a party or a small get-together, just give me a heads-up a day or two in advance, and I will handle the rest.
