I don't believe in pre-cooked gravies that sit on a shelf. When you order, I take a fresh block of soft paneer and cook it right on the tawa or in a clay pot over an open flame. That is how you get the real street-style smoky flavor in every bite—whether it is the creamy Paneer Changezi or my rustic Fire Matki Paneer.
