In many Mumbai apartments, bathrooms are the smallest rooms in the house, yet they get the least attention. I focus on using high-gloss marble finishes and strategic recessed lighting to create an illusion of space. You do not need a massive footprint to have a premium washroom; you need the right tile choices and concealed plumbing to keep the visual lines clean.
My approach to bathrooms is rooted in functionality. When I take on a washroom renovation, the work starts beneath the surface. Before we even consider the vanity or the lighting, we address waterproofing and plumbing. I use high-grade concealed plumbing and wall-hung sanitary ware to maximize floor space, which is essential for compact homes.
Material selection is where the luxury comes in. I use large-format Glazed Vitrified Tiles (GVT) or marble-finish laminates to minimize grout lines, which makes a small bathroom feel significantly larger and easier to clean. For the vanity areas, I design custom units that accommodate your storage needs without cluttering the counter. We incorporate backlit mirrors and profile lighting that acts as both a primary light source and a design feature, adding depth to the room.
Whether you are looking for a simple powder room update or a complete wet-area overhaul, I handle the execution start to finish.
