1 BHK Space-Saver Turnkey Package
Civil & Flooring
- Flooring: Demolition of old flooring followed by installation of 2x4 or 4x4 High Gloss GVT (Glazed Vitrified Tiles) with marble texture.
- Bathrooms: Full overhaul including anti-skid floor tiles, highlighter wall tiles (7ft height), and mid-range sanitary fittings (Jaguar/Grohe).
- False Ceiling: Gypsum board perimeter ceiling with cove lighting pockets and LED spots.
Custom Furniture & Woodwork
- Smart Living Unit: Signature TV unit integrated with a custom heavy-duty marine ply folding dining table mechanism.
- Kitchen: Modular setup with Acrylic or High-Gloss Laminate finish, BWP ply carcass, quartz/granite countertop, and soft-close tandem boxes (Hettich/Hafele).
- Storage: Floor-to-ceiling sliding wardrobe in the master bedroom and hydraulic Queen size bed structure with storage.
- Safety Door: Decorative door with laser-cut Jali or MS grill design.
Finishes & Electrical
- Paint: Asian Paints Royale (Luster/Velvet finish) plus one texture accent wall.

- Wall Treatment: Accent walls using marble-finish glossy laminates or charcoal sheets with Gold PVD metal T-profile inlays.

Premium Civil & Surfaces

- Wall Cladding: Premium Veneer with Polyurethane (PU) polish, bevelled mirror paneling, and solid surface (Corian) detailing.
Bespoke Loose Furniture
- Fabrication Included: Custom manufacturing of the Sofa set (3+2 or L-shape), 6-seater Dining Chairs, and accent chairs.
- Signature Item: Inclusion of a hanging Acrylic/Glass Swing or custom bar unit with profile glass shutters.

- Chef's Kitchen: 4-side moulded shutters (PU Finish), built-in appliance stack provision, and island counter layout.

I also do custom statement pieces - jali work for pooja units, indoor swings, whatever makes your home you.
My Signature Style
Modern, clean, and a bit fancy. I use marble finishes, gold/brass inlays, mirrors, and textured wood. Lighting matters a lot - ambient cove lights, cool chandeliers, and backlit headboards. For colors, I stick to whites, greys, warm woods, and throw in a deep blue or green if you want a pop.

My Story
Hey, I’m Narpat Chauhan. I run AND Designspace here in Mumbai. I’m all about clean lines, less clutter, more function. ‘Less is More’ – that’s my mantra. Love seeing a space go from rough sketch to finished room.
