About this collection
You will not need to coordinate with multiple contractors. I manage the entire process, from 3D conceptualization to the final handover. My team handles the demolition, civil work, and custom furniture fabrication in-house, ensuring the finished build matches the approved 3D renders exactly.
The Transformation Workflow
My approach to interior renovation is linear and strictly monitored. I treat every project as a turnkey delivery, meaning I take responsibility for the timeline and the quality of work from start to finish.
1. Planning & 3D Visualization Before we touch the site, we align on the layout. I provide 3D renders that detail the furniture placement, lighting schemes, and material palette. This prevents ambiguity during the execution phase. We finalize the design only when you have a clear picture of the outcome.
2. Civil & Site Preparation For older Mumbai apartments, this often involves re-doing the flooring and plumbing. We use 2x4 or 4x4 High Gloss GVT tiles for living areas and overhaul bathrooms with concealed plumbing and new sanitary fittings. We focus on structural integrity before we start adding the aesthetic layers.
3. Furniture & Execution I specialize in integrating custom furniture directly into the apartment's structure. This includes:
- Smart Storage: Floor-to-ceiling sliding wardrobes and hydraulic beds.
- Space-Saving Mechanisms: Custom TV units that convert into dining tables for compact apartments.
- Modular Kitchens: BWP ply carcasses with soft-close tandem boxes and high-gloss finishes.
4. Finishes & Final Build We finish with Asian Paints Royale applications, magnetic track lighting, and cove details. By keeping the manufacturing of woodwork under my direct supervision, I maintain the 'Less is More' standard—clean lines, minimal clutter, and functional luxury. Whether it is a 1BHK or a 3BHK renovation, the end goal is a handover-ready home where you can move in immediately without needing external finishing work.
