About Luxurious Living & Dining Spaces
In Mumbai apartments, the biggest challenge is balancing luxury with limited square footage. I focus on creating a visual flow between the living and dining areas by using consistent flooring, such as 4x4 high-gloss tiles, and integrated furniture. Whether it is a partition with CNC jali work or a seamless TV console that extends into storage, my goal is to maintain an open-concept feel without sacrificing daily functionality.
My Approach to Modern Living
My design philosophy centers on the idea that less is more. For living and dining areas, I prioritize visual clarity. I use materials like Italian marble, glossy laminates, and charcoal sheets to reflect light, making the room feel larger.
Signature Elements
- Wall Treatments: I use Gold PVD metal T-profile inlays on marble-finish laminates to create a high-end look without the bulk of traditional paneling.
- Lighting: Ambient cove lighting and magnetic track lights define specific zones, while profile lights in cabinets add depth.
- Customization: From fluted wood panels in TV units to statement metallic wall art, every element serves a specific purpose in the home.
