About Seasonal & Festive Specials

When you order my seasonal specials, keep in mind that everything is made from scratch with natural fermentation and real European-style butter. Whether it is a Christmas Bûche de Noël or custom Easter hampers, I recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance so I can ensure the glazes set perfectly and your order arrives in peak condition.

Festivals are a highlight in my kitchen because they allow me to combine my classical training with the joy of shared celebrations. I do not believe in shortcuts, so you will not find heavy fondant or artificial additives here. Instead, I focus on authentic French finishing techniques like mirror glazes, velvet sprays, and fresh fruit.

The Festive Bûche de Noël

For Christmas, the Bûche de Noël is my signature offering. I prepare these in three distinct flavor profiles to suit different palates. My Madagascar Vanilla & Berries Bûche features a vibrant red glaze and fresh strawberries, while the Tiramisu Magic offers rich coffee and mascarpone notes. For chocolate purists, the 70% Dark Chocolate Bliss remains a favorite. I regularly prepare these in large batches for corporate events, so whether you need one for a family dinner or eighteen kilograms for an office party, I have the capacity to deliver.

Easter & Beyond

When spring arrives, my focus shifts to Easter. I handcraft chocolate eggs and bunnies using premium couverture, often filled with smaller, delicate chocolate surprises. I avoid pre-packaged mass-produced items, preferring the tactile process of moulding and decorating each piece by hand in my Sahakarnagar and Yelahanka kitchens.
