About Training the Stars
Whether it is Shamita Shetty working on her core control or Dayana Erappa mastering stability on the chair, the intensity remains the same. My celebrity clients do not get special treatment; they receive the exact same rigorous, detail-oriented Pilates training as everyone else in the studio. If you are ready for that level of focus, we should talk.
The training you see here is not about fame or glam. It is about the discipline of the practice. When I work with public figures, the process is identical to what I teach in my group batches or one-on-one sessions: we look at movement patterns, identify imbalances, and use the apparatus to build real strength.
The Method
We use the Merrithew Reformer and Cadillac to force the body out of its comfort zone. You see my clients hanging from the trapeze or pushing through trembling legs on the reformer because that is where the change happens. It is never about rushing to finish a set. It is about the quality of the movement. Whether you are prepping for a movie role or simply trying to fix a hunched back from a desk job, the principles of control and breath apply to all.
Why Precision Matters
Most people think Pilates is just stretching. My clients learn quickly that it is actually military-grade training. We focus on:
- Isometric contractions: Holding poses to build endurance.
- Deep core stability: Utilizing the Cadillac for vertical work.
- Mind-body connection: Learning to control the muscle, not just the motion.
If you see an exercise on these machines and think it looks hard, you are right. It is challenging, but it is also the most effective way to build lean muscle and true physical resilience. I do not promise perfection; I promise that if you show up and do the work, you will see a difference in your strength and how you move through your day.
