Welcome to my studio. I built this space to be a piece of my heart—a place where you can switch off the noise, tune into your body, and feel the change.
"You look happier." That's because I am. I dreamt of creating a space where Pilates feels like home, and here it is.

We're not falling for fitness propaganda. Pilates is for every age, every body, and it builds real, functional strength.
Joseph Pilates originally called his method 'Contrology', the art of controlling your body with your mind. That's what we practice here.
Out with the stress, in with the energy. That's the goal of every class.

About Meet Saba & The Studio
I built this studio to feel like home, not a factory. We keep our group classes strictly capped at four people because I need to see every micro-adjustment you make. This isn't about rushing through reps; it's about ensuring your form is precise so you can finally feel that mind-body connection during every movement.
When I started Align with Saba, my mission was to strip away the fitness propaganda and bring the focus back to 'Contrology.' Joseph Pilates designed this method to force your brain to engage with your muscles, and that is exactly what we practice on the floor every day.
Located on Linking Road in Bandra, my studio is equipped with premium Merrithew reformers, stability chairs, and a Cadillac for private sessions. Whether you are dealing with a desk-job hunched back, recovering from an ACL injury, or just starting your journey to get stronger, you aren't just another body on a mat here.
My Teaching Philosophy
- Precision over Pace: If your legs are shaking, that is the goal. I would rather you do three perfect reps than ten sloppy ones.
- Small Batches: I cap sessions to ensure you get the coaching you need. I will count you down, correct your chin tuck, and make sure your obliques are doing the work.
- Tailored Guidance: Pilates is for every body. From celebrities to athletes, we adapt the intensity to where you are right now.
