Commercial and Public Space Architecture and Design
Whether you are planning a corporate office, a retail outlet, or an institutional building, your space needs to be both efficient and durable. I design layouts that prioritize clear circulation, functionality, and professional aesthetics, ensuring every square foot serves your business goals.
This is a 3D render of a five-star hotel I designed, showing the main entrance and porte-cochère. The design aims for a grand and welcoming arrival experience, with clear zoning for vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
An aerial view of the hotel design, showcasing the U-shaped building that encloses a private pool and courtyard area. This layout maximizes views for guests and creates a central recreational hub.
A perspective of the hotel's exterior, highlighting the facade treatment with private balconies for guest rooms and extensive landscaping at the ground level.
The rear view of the hotel concept, focusing on the large swimming pool and patio area. This space is designed as a resort-style amenity for guests.
A completed office interior for a government building at Vidhana Soudha. The design is formal and functional, with clean lines, wood-paneled walls, and practical furniture suited for an official workspace.
A 3D concept for a modern commercial building, featuring a glass curtain wall and an external staircase. This design is suitable for retail showrooms on the ground floor and offices on the upper levels.
This architectural walkthrough presents a playground and sports area I designed for the SPSMR residential school. The plan includes courts for basketball and other activities, ensuring a safe and engaging space for students.
About this collection
In commercial projects, the most critical factor is the relationship between spatial zoning and daily operations. I ensure your service areas, staff movement, and client-facing zones are distinct to avoid bottlenecks. During the construction phase, I personally supervise the integration of electrical networking and high-traffic flooring to make sure your space is ready for daily business use.
Designing for public and commercial use requires a different set of priorities than residential architecture. When I work on offices, schools, or hotels, I focus on structural integrity and logistical flow. For a workspace, this means strategic placement of data cabling, modular workstations, and lighting that reduces glare for screens. For retail and hospitality, it is about creating a grand, welcoming arrival experience—like the porte-cochère design in my hotel concepts—while managing the complex zoning required for heavy guest or customer traffic.
My approach is entirely turnkey. I manage the entire process, including architectural blueprints, 3D visualizations, and the on-site coordination of contractors and engineers. This removes the stress of dealing with multiple vendors. Whether it is a government project like the Vidhana Soudha interiors or an educational campus, I treat the design as a functional system. I also integrate Vastu principles where requested, ensuring that even in high-density commercial zones, the layout respects natural sunlight and ventilation needs.
From fitting out boardrooms with sound-insulated partitions to installing durable vitrified flooring in high-traffic retail units, my goal is to deliver a finished product that is ready for operation. I am currently active across Karnataka, with a primary focus on the specific needs of Bengaluru and Davangere properties.
