We design commercial spaces that balance operational functionality with your brand identity. From retail showrooms to educational buildings, we create environments that improve the experience for your clients and team.

The main display wall at the 'House of Vaarasa' store. We used traditional Indian arched niches against a textured pink wall to create a stunning backdrop for the handloom sarees, making the products the heroes of the space.

This is our proposed design for a new school block in Siruguppa. The facade is designed to be playful and stimulating, using a vibrant palette of colored fins and varied window placements to create a dynamic learning environment.

This video shows the transformation of a commercial book depot. We renovated the dated exterior to give it a modern, appealing facade with new cladding, signage, and lighting, completely revitalizing its street presence.

An architectural visualization for a new commercial project. The design features a sleek glass curtain wall, modern cladding, and a distinctive angled roof, creating a contemporary and professional appearance for retail and office use.

The clothing rack and display area in the 'House of Vaarasa' showroom. We used minimalist brass-finished racks and hand-carved wooden tables to let the colorful garments stand out, creating a boutique shopping experience.

A comfortable seating lounge area within the retail space. The plush sofas and back-lit shelving provide a relaxed space for customers, enhancing the luxury shopping experience.

Our design for an administration block for a glass processing plant in Chikodi. The architecture itself reflects the business, using stone cladding, wood textures, and large glass panels to create a strong, contemporary industrial look.

The completed facade of the Shri Beereshwar Credit Society building in Chikodi. The design uses a clean combination of dark and light ACP panels to modernize the building's exterior.

A proposed design for a mixed-use commercial and residential complex. The ground floor is dedicated to retail with large glass storefronts, while the upper residential floors have a distinct, modern architectural language.

An overall view of the 'House of Vaarasa' interior, showing the relationship between the main saree display, the customer lounge, and the clothing racks.

About Commercial & Institutional Projects

When we design commercial or retail interiors, we do not just focus on the look. For a project like the House of Vaarasa, we had to integrate technical lighting layouts and concealed wiring into the design early on. This ensures the infrastructure supports the operation, such as highlighting merchandise or powering office equipment, without sacrificing the clean, aesthetic finish of the space.
