How I See Architecture & Vastu
I see architecture as more than just building walls. For me, it’s a science, a way of shaping spaces that actually work for real people. When I design, I’m not just thinking about looks - I’m thinking about how every part of your home or office affects your day-to-day living.
Science Meets Tradition
Vastu isn’t just old-school superstition for me. I approach it as a practical science. I look at sunlight, airflow, and layout - all the things that make a space feel good and keep you healthy. For example, I always try to place kitchens in the Southeast for that awesome morning sun, living rooms in the Northwest for the best natural light, and master bedrooms in the Southwest, so they feel calm and restful.
Vastu for Homes & Businesses
- I use Vastu compliant home designs to make your place brighter and more comfortable.
- Commercial spaces? I don’t shy away from so-called “bad” spots like T-junction properties. I actually enjoy flipping such challenges into advantages, like I did with a tea joint franchise at a tricky location.

It’s not just about my rules. I listen. If you love that orange wall or have your own beliefs, I’ll work with that. My job is to blend your vision with functional space optimization, not force my ideas on you.

Our founder Anusha’s journey took her from Davangere to Bangalore, learning from legends like Jaisim and working on homes that tell stories—like Sudharani ma’am’s place, still close to our hearts. We don’t just build, we care—like that thesis on stray dogs’ shelters. Always learning, always evolving, sometimes in Surfaces Reporter mag.
