- Flow Check: Assessment of circulation logic and identification of red flags that cannot be fixed with simple remedies.
Interaction & Output
- Video Call: 45 to 60-minute consultation via Zoom or WhatsApp.
- Annotated Plan: Return of client drawings with digital markings showing directional corrections.

I see architecture as more than just building walls. For me, it’s a science, a way of shaping spaces that actually work for real people. When I design, I’m not just thinking about looks - I’m thinking about how every part of your home or office affects your day-to-day living.
Science Meets Tradition
Vastu isn’t just old-school superstition for me. I approach it as a practical science. I look at sunlight, airflow, and layout - all the things that make a space feel good and keep you healthy. For example, I always try to place kitchens in the Southeast for that awesome morning sun, living rooms in the Northwest for the best natural light, and master bedrooms in the Southwest, so they feel calm and restful.

- I use Vastu compliant home designs to make your place brighter and more comfortable.
- Commercial spaces? I don’t shy away from so-called “bad” spots like T-junction properties. I actually enjoy flipping such challenges into advantages, like I did with a tea joint franchise at a tricky location.
