This architectural walkthrough shows how I visualize an entire home's interior before we even lay the first brick. You can see the flow between the living area, kitchen, and staircase, with a focus on natural light, modern materials, and smart use of space.
This is the transformation of a bare commercial shell into a fully functional office in Bengaluru. The video shows the before and after, highlighting the finished conference room with modern lighting, glass partitions, and wood-finished flooring.
This is one of my most unique projects: a structural home uplifting in Davangere. We carefully raised the entire house from its foundation to create a new ground level, a complex engineering and construction challenge that I managed on-site.

About this collection
When you start a construction or renovation project, the hardest part is often managing multiple vendors and contractors. I solve this by acting as your single point of contact from the initial sketch to the final site handover. I personally monitor the execution on-site, ensuring your design vision is maintained without you needing to worry about the day-to-day coordination between engineers and skilled laborers.
Architecture as a Science
My approach to architecture is grounded in the practical application of building science. Whether it is a residential bungalow or a retail space, I focus on the fundamentals: zoning, ventilation, and access to natural light. I do not view Vastu as a superstition, but as a scientific method for orienting spaces to maximize daylight and healthy living conditions.
The Turnkey Process
I understand that managing construction is stressful. My role is to bridge the gap between your ideas and the built reality. We start with hand-sketched concepts and move to 3D models and architectural walkthroughs. This ensures you see the space—exactly as it will look—before we lay a single brick. I handle the material selection, from tiles to fixtures, and supervise the engineers and contractors, so you are not left managing the logistics.
