About this collection
You may see us posting Ghibli-inspired art or advanced inversions, but here at our HSR Layout studio, the work is serious. We focus on the biomechanics of movement and the discipline of the mind. Whether you are preparing for our 300-hour certification or simply deepening your own practice, we prioritize consistency and traditional study over quick fitness fixes.
Our 300-hour advanced yoga certification is not a weekend workshop. It is a four-month commitment for those ready to move from practitioner to teacher. We cover the full spectrum: Hatha and Vinyasa flow techniques, functional anatomy, and hands-on adjustments. We do not just teach you how to pose; we teach the science of sequencing to prevent injury and promote long-term health.
Beyond the physical practice, we dive into the roots of the tradition. Our curriculum includes dedicated modules on the Bhagavad Gita, the Yoga Sutras, and the science of Pranayama and Japa. We emphasize that yoga is a lifestyle, not a performative act. Our students learn to integrate meditation, mantra chanting, and cleansing techniques like Shatkarma into their daily lives.
All training happens in person at our HSR Layout facility under direct mentorship. We follow the traditional guru-shishya parampara, ensuring you have constant access to your teachers for doubt clearing and alignment correction. Every student receives a full training kit including apparel, a Neti pot, and a manual, and our program is fully accredited by Yoga Alliance International and aligned with Ministry of Ayush standards. If you are looking for a community that values deep spiritual and physical inquiry over commercialized fitness, you have found your shala.
