Yoga is a path we walk together. From marking Mahashivratri to celebrating Independence Day, our studio becomes a space where practice turns into a shared bond, reminding us that we are part of something larger.

Har Ghar Tiranga. On Independence Day, we unite breath, body, and the spirit of the nation, flowing with pride from Vrikshasana to Ustrasana.

Glimpses from our International Yoga Day celebrations. The day was filled with soulful prayers, deep dhyaan (meditation), and an insightful pravachan (discourse).

Asana of the Day for International Yoga Day: Veerabhadra I Asana. We channel the strength and focus of the warrior, embracing courage and inner balance.

Asana of the Day: Parsva Konasana. As we celebrate yoga globally, we reconnect with our breath and intention through this powerful side-angle pose that strengthens and opens the body.

Asana of the Day: Vrikshasana (Tree Pose). On International Yoga Day, we root ourselves in balance and rise with grace, reminding us that growth begins from within.

Asana of the Day: Utkatasana (Chair Pose). This powerful pose teaches us that finding stillness in a challenge builds inner fire and determination.

Asana of the Day: Veerabhadra II. We channel the inner warrior, standing firm with purpose and facing life with courage and calm.

Asana of the Day: Trikonasana (Triangle Pose). We ground ourselves in balance and openness, celebrating the spirit of yoga one posture at a time.

Asana of the Day: Padahastasana. A simple act of bowing to the earth, this forward fold teaches us to surrender, breathe, and trust the process.

Celebrating Mahashivratri at the shala with the powerful and divine vibrations of the Maha Mrityunjaya Japa, chanted in unison by our community.

About Community & Celebrations

These celebrations are never just about a date on the calendar. Whether we are chanting the Maha Mrityunjaya Japa for Mahashivratri or flowing together for Independence Day, the intent remains the same, which is to ground our collective energy. We believe that true growth happens when your individual sadhana, or practice, aligns with the intention of the group.
