Each dish is prepared right here in Girinagar using high-quality vegetables and my signature spice blends to ensure you get that exact home-cooked taste every single time.
My Approach to Breakfast
My morning routine is simple: I prepare what I would feed my own family. When you order a breakfast box, you get the same quality of poha or avalakki that comes off my stove. I take pride in balancing the subtle flavours of Karnataka cuisine—the sourness of the tamarind in Huli Avalakki, the crunch of the mustard seeds in Vaggarane Mandakki, and the warmth of a fresh Bisibele Avalakki.
Why Freshness Matters
I do not use preservatives or artificial colours. The vibrant colours you see in my Gojjavalakki or Bisibele Avalakki come entirely from fresh vegetables, lentils, and the high-quality spices I grind myself. Because I run this as a home kitchen, I cook in smaller batches. This ensures that the texture of the flattened rice remains perfect—not mushy, not dry, just right.
The North Karnataka Influence
