For us, travel is not a vacation; it is research. Whether it is the intricate stonework of a Balinese temple or the gravity-defying bamboo roofs in the rainforest, we look for systems that work with the climate rather than against it. These images reflect the core elements we aim to bring into our Indian projects: natural airflow, the use of locally sourced materials, and a deep respect for the existing site context.

How We Translate Inspiration

We do not copy these styles; we adapt the principles. When we design a restaurant or a modern office, we think about how a guest enters a space. We study the light, the movement of air, and the sensory experience of the materials. By integrating biophilic design elements—like planter boxes for passive cooling or using exposed brick and terracotta to regulate indoor temperatures—we create commercial environments that feel as organic as they are functional.

Why Details Matter

Our goal is to move away from rigid, sterile structures. We focus on:

• Passive Cooling: Reducing AC loads through intelligent architectural layout and breathable materials.
• Tactile Surfaces: Using wood, stone, and jute to create environments that feel warm and human-centric.
• Adaptive Reuse: Just like the ancient structures we study, we look for ways to revive existing buildings rather than just building from scratch.
