We established AD Studio 9 because we wanted to change how people experience their environments. To us, nature is not a decoration; it is the operating system of any good building.

Our Philosophy: Soulful Luxury

We don't chase trends. We look for 'soulful luxury'—spaces that feel lived-in, breathable, and honest. This means we prefer materials that age gracefully, like exposed brick, terracotta, and stone, over artificial laminates. When we work on a project, we look at the climate, the light, and the way you move through a room.

The 'Design+Construction' Approach

You won't find us just sending you a 3D file and leaving you to deal with contractors. We handle the heavy lifting. Our 'Design+Construction' model means we are on-site, sweating the small stuff—like how the electrical conduits are hidden or how a green wall is irrigated—so you don't have to.
