We create immersive hospitality spaces that balance atmosphere with operational reality. From reimagining historic banquet halls to engineering high-end airport lounges, our work focuses on the guest experience through considered layouts and refined materials.

The entrance lobby for the theater and banquet at Rustomjee Elements. The design has a subtle old-world charm with contemporary touches, featuring a unique chandelier and paneled walls that set a tone of understated luxury.

A summary of our renovation project for the iconic Blue Sea Banquet in Worli, Mumbai. Our goal was to modernize the 10,000 sq. ft. space with minimal interventions, preserving its essence while giving it a refreshed, contemporary character.

The theater lobby at Rustomjee Elements features a pink sofa and portraits of film icons. The glass facade allows these details to be viewed from both inside and out, creating a welcoming and thematic entrance.

The staircase at the Blue Sea Banquet was retained from the original structure. We enhanced the area with new lighting and decor to better integrate it into the sophisticated, transformed banquet space.

In hospitality design, the challenge is often creating an immersive atmosphere without relying on natural light. We frequently use architectural lighting layers and strategic material choices, such as fluted glass partitions and custom metalwork, to define private zones and create a sense of exclusivity, even in high-footfall banquet or airport lounge environments.

A hotel lobby should be a statement. For this project, I used bold geometry, luxurious black marble, and dramatic height to create a powerful first impression that is both modern and timeless.15
