Stress is not about your job. It is a sign that you are functioning by accident, without knowing how to manage your body, mind, and emotions. Learning to manage these is the first step towards a stress free life.

Everyone from the Prime Minister to an unemployed person can complain of stress. This shows that stress is not about the job, but about our inability to manage our own system. I teach you how to take charge of this system.

Stress is simply friction in your system, like in a machine. It happens when you haven't read the user's manual for the most sophisticated gadget on the planet: the human body. Yoga is that manual.

Emotional stress manifests physically in subtle ways. The yogic sciences have a deep understanding of this connection. For example, the left side of the body is associated with the emotional life, and distress can create physical changes.
