This is a glimpse into an inward journey I conducted with the team at Piramal Associates. My corporate yoga sessions are designed to transform your office space, helping employees release stress and find a new level of energy and focus, even after a long day of work.

Many believe stress is caused by their job, but it is actually generated from within because we don't know how to manage our own system. In my workshops, I teach you the tools to handle your mind, body, and emotions, so that stress is no longer a part of your life.

I offer powerful yogic practices like Surya Kriya, the original sun salutation. This is not just a physical exercise; it is an inner energy process designed to activate the solar plexus and bring a profound level of balance and stability to your entire system.

Here is a look at one of my Hatha Yoga sessions. Each class is a guided experience where I teach postures, or yogasanas, that enable your system to sustain higher dimensions of energy, creating both physical health and mental clarity for your team.

Anxiety is a result of a mind that is not taking instructions from you. I can teach you simple yet powerful yogic techniques to calm your system. For example, just bringing your hands together and looking at something with appreciation can begin to settle half your anxiety.

This was our first Hatha Yoga workshop for Surya Kriya in Navi Mumbai. You can see participants learning the practice and the sense of wellbeing and community that develops. All sessions are conducted by a certified Isha Hatha Yoga teacher to ensure authenticity.
