Posing is a non-negotiable part of contest prep. Here, I'm practicing a posing routine, focusing on smooth transitions and holding each pose to highlight muscle definition. This is a skill we will perfect together.

When you train with me, the last 4 reps are the only ones that count. I will be there, spotting your lifts and shouting 'Chal, chal!' because I know your mind will want to quit before your muscles do. We do not rely on luck or guessing to get you shredded; we rely on exact macro math, strict peak week conditioning, and the discipline to execute every single day.
My Approach: No Shortcuts
Bodybuilding is therapy, but it is also an exact science. Many people think they can just lift heavy and hope for the best, but that is how you plateau. My coaching is built on a foundation of symmetry, conditioning, and stage presence. Whether you are an amateur looking to lose fat or an athlete preparing for the stage, I bring the same intensity that earned me three Mr. Delhi and two Mr. India titles.
What You Get
- The Blueprint: No generic PDFs. Every workout and diet plan is built from scratch based on your current body composition and your specific goals.
- Peak Week Mastery: The final 7 days make or break your look. I guide you through water manipulation, sodium loading, and carb-cycling so you are dry, full, and vascular on show day.
- Posing & Stagecraft: You can have the best body in the room, but if you cannot show it, you lose. We drill poses until they are second nature.
In-Person or Remote
I don't care where you are located. If you are in Delhi, we train at BFitness Gym in Kishan Ganj where I can physically correct your form and force those final reps. If you are training remotely, I treat your digital check-ins with the same urgency as in-person sessions. We track your progress photos and weight logs religiously to tweak the plan as your body changes. If you are ready to work, I am ready to coach.
