About this collection

We do not believe in generic workout routines. Your first session begins with a 60-minute movement and postural analysis to map your current spine alignment and muscle imbalances, ensuring every movement thereafter is tailored to your body's specific needs.

Our approach to Pilates is rooted in the biomechanical principle of the core as the hub of a wheel. By focusing on deep muscles like the transverse abdominis, we help you strengthen the connection between your spine, hips, and ribs. Whether you are aiming to correct postural imbalances or simply build sustainable power, our methods are designed to yield measurable results.

We offer private, 1-on-1 sessions at our Dollars Colony and Sahakar Nagar studios. You will work with our specialized apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair, which allow us to modify resistance and support based on your daily needs. We do not use group-based templates; we monitor your form with hands-on cues, ensuring you engage the correct muscles to prevent injury and maximize progress.

Our instructors provide dedicated programs for:
