The A3 Philosophy
Our core belief is simple: all out, every session. We operate out of an open, functional warehouse setup in Indiranagar, intentionally designed to keep the focus on training, not on fancy machines or air conditioning. We use a science-backed mix of compound lifts, agility drills, and endurance conditioning to build athletes from the ground up.
How We Train
Our programming is segmented to cover exactly what you need:
- Raw Strength: We use heavy iron plates, kettlebells, and trap bars to build functional power.
- Athletic Performance: Our turf and track are the heart of the facility, used for hurdle jumps, weighted sled pushes, and explosive agility drills to improve speed and deceleration.
- Recovery & Rehab: We know training is only half the battle. We integrate percussive therapy, NormaTec compression boots, and corrective mobility work to keep you durable and ready for the next session.

We have been at this since 2013. We have seen people walk in for a three-month plan and stay for nine years. We train everyone from superstar athletes to desk job warriors, but the standard remains the same.
