You won't find AC comfort or fancy machines here. My training sessions at Mad Bull Noida Health Club are about heavy plates, loud music, and pure iron. Whether you are aiming for a 200kg deadlift or just want to build a dense, natural physique, you need to be ready to feel the dard (pain) and put in the work six days a week.
Stop looking for shortcuts. Real strength is built through progressive overload and consistent, daily effort. I don't believe in magic pills or fancy diets. My powerlifting and strength programs are simple: compound movements, correct form, and high-quality protein sources like eggs and sattu.
My Training Philosophy

- Natural Bodybuilding: We don't use shortcuts. Everything you see on these clients is built through years of patience and discipline.
- The Numbers: My students are hitting 240kg squats and 200kg deadlifts. If you have the guts to push yourself, I will take you there.
