These physiques are not the result of fancy equipment or shortcuts, they are the byproduct of consistent, high-intensity training. You are looking at the outcome of specific 12-week cycles where we strip away the excess, fix the lifting form, and dial in nutrition using simple Indian staples. If you think this happens in a week, you are at the wrong place. If you are ready for the grind, the results will follow.
How We Build This Look
There is no secret recipe here. We work with a 12-week transformation structure.
- Month 1: Strength. We start by building a foundation. You will be moving heavy iron. If your form is bad, we fix it until it is perfect.
- Month 2: Hypertrophy. This is where we focus on muscle growth. High volume, strict intensity.
- Month 3: Definition. This is the conditioning phase. We manipulate carbs and calories to shred the fat while keeping the muscle.
