Our Training Approach and Transformations
A look at our training philosophy, from form-focused lifting to traditional strength methods, helping you build a sustainable fitness habit.
This is what dedication, consistent effort, and the right guidance can achieve. I create personalized training and nutrition plans to help you achieve a total body transformation, just like this.
Form is everything, especially with a complex lift like the deadlift. Here, I am explaining the correct posture to prevent back injury and ensure the right muscles are working. I teach you not just how to lift, but how to lift safely and effectively for the long run.
I incorporate traditional Indian strength training, like with the Gada or Karlakatte, into our routines. It's a fantastic tool for improving shoulder mobility, stability, and core strength, which helps prevent injuries in your other lifts.
My training is for everyone, men and women, beginners and advanced athletes. Here is one of my dedicated clients performing a full-body circuit, including assisted pull-ups, squats, and rows, showing that strength has no gender.
This is our team of trainers. We are more than just a gym, we are a community. We work together to ensure every member feels supported and guided on their fitness journey.
Your safety is my top priority. All our trainers, including myself, are certified in CPR and First Aid. You can train with peace of mind, knowing you are in a safe and professional environment.
Another example of a powerful transformation. With a focused plan and the will to succeed, you can completely change your physique and build newfound confidence.
About this collection
I don't just want you to lift heavy; I want you to lift correctly. Whether you are working on a deadlift or swinging a traditional Gada, my focus is on your biomechanics. You will see that reflected here—our members prioritize learning the right technique over ego-lifting, which is exactly how we prevent injuries and get real, lasting results.
At Habit Fitness, situated near Lakshmipura Cross on Hesaraghatta Road, we have moved away from the standard gym culture of just pushing plates. My approach is simple: fitness should be a habit, not a chore. This gallery highlights the core of my coaching style. You will see real transformations here—not quick fixes, but sustainable shifts in body composition achieved through consistent, guided effort.
We bridge the gap between ancient Indian training tools like the Gada (or Karlakatte) and modern, science-backed strength routines. Using the Gada is not just a gimmick; it is an incredible way to improve shoulder mobility and core stability, which directly translates into safer, stronger compound lifts in the gym.
If you look closely at our deadlift or squat footage, you will not see back-rounding or rushed reps. I use visual aids like PVC pipes to teach neutral spine alignment because if your form is not perfect, your progress will eventually hit a wall or result in injury. Our gym is built to be a community space, spanning 3,500 sq ft with plenty of natural light and airflow, so you can train without the usual Bangalore gym crowd or wait times for equipment. Whether you are coming in for personal training, HIIT, or rehabilitation therapy, the goal is always the same: getting you stronger, safer, and ready for whatever life throws at you.
Habit Fitness
I started Habit Fitness because I wanted a space that feels more like a family and less like a commercial factory. My team and I are here to teach you, not just count your reps, ensuring every movement you make is safe and effective.
