My Coaching Philosophy: Form First

I always say, *sumne heavy weight hodi-bardu* (don't just push heavy weights without reason). My focus is on teaching you the correct form to maximize results, prevent injury, and help you truly feel the muscle working.

Building Strength: Our Workouts

Every plan is customized, whether you're a beginner or experienced. This section shows a variety of exercises we use for muscle building, from heavy compound lifts to targeted isolation movements.

Functional and Advanced Training

We go beyond traditional lifting to build real-world strength, balance, and stability. This includes functional movements, core challenges, and advanced techniques to keep your body guessing.

Indian Strength Training: The Gada

I blend modern science with traditional Indian fitness tools like the Gada or Karlakatte. This training is excellent for building shoulder stability, rotational power, and core strength.

Posture Correction and Pain Relief

Many of us suffer from stiff backs and poor posture from sedentary jobs. I provide specific corrective exercises to strengthen weak muscles, improve posture, and reduce back pain.
