That approach usually leads to burnout and injury, not the results you want. My partner Gigi and I built this studio in Juhu because we wanted a place that feels like home, not a place you drag yourself to because you feel guilty.

We keep things simple and science-backed. Every plan I create is 100% personalized. If you come in for a session and you are feeling low or recovering from a stressful week, we adjust the intensity. We track your progress through movement quality, energy levels, and strength gains, not just the scale.

- In-Studio (Juhu): Private, focused sessions with full access to our equipment, including rowing machines and Olympic lifting platforms.
- Online Coaching: If you are not based in Mumbai, I provide app-based programming with video form analysis. It is exactly the same 'strong not skinny' philosophy, adapted for your home or local gym.
