When selecting your mithai, keep the freshness factor in mind. Our milk-based sweets like Malai Peda or Rasgulla are best enjoyed within 48 hours, so plan your delivery accordingly. If you are ordering for a large gathering or office event, I recommend opting for our rigid premium boxes, as they ensure your sweets—especially delicate items with silver varq—remain in perfect shape during transit.
Authentic taste comes from patience, not shortcuts. In my kitchen, we follow the traditional slow-cook method, particularly for our Gajar Halwa and Moong Dal Halwa, ensuring the texture remains rich and the flavors deep. Whether you are looking for the nutty crunch of Kaju Katli or the soft, airy sweetness of our Bengali Chhena sweets, every batch is prepared fresh daily to maintain that homemade quality.
We know that choosing the right quantity can be tricky. For intimate family gatherings, our standard weight-based selection (yields 16-22 pieces per kg) is usually sufficient. However, for weddings, pujas, or corporate festive gifting, we provide custom hampers that can be tailored to include a mix of dry fruit-based sweets and our signature snacks.
To ensure you get the freshest batch, especially for bulk orders or specific festive days like Diwali or Holi, please reach out at least two days in advance. This lead time allows us to hand-prepare your selection and ensure everything is packed securely.
