I spend hours in the studio by myself, breaking down choreography to make sure the steps feel natural for you. Whether I am refining a Bollyfit transition or practicing a new Latin rhythm, my solo practice is where the real work happens. It is not always perfect, but that trial and error is how I keep our sessions fresh, fun, and beginner-friendly for everyone who walks in.
When you join my classes at studios like Body Scientist in Sector 104 or Fitvilla in Sector 133, you are not just getting a workout. You are stepping into a judgment-free zone. Many people assume they need dance experience to start Zumba, but my goal is to break that myth. I teach everything from high-energy Bhangra-Gidda to K-pop and classic Bollywood fitness. My sessions focus on 'full maje'—the fun comes first, and the fitness follows naturally. I work with diverse age groups, from fitness enthusiasts to beginners who just want to shake off the stress of the day.
If you are looking for a personal trainer, I also offer tailored plans that combine mobility work and strength training. But my real passion lies in these group sessions, where the collective energy turns a regular evening into a party.
