I change up my routines regularly so you never feel bored in my classes. We mix official ZIN Zumba moves with Desi fusion—think Bhangra and Bollywood—to keep the energy high. Every session follows a simple flow: 10 minutes of warm-up to prep your body, 45 minutes of intense cardio, and 5 minutes of static stretching to help you recover properly.

This cluster showcases the vibe of my sessions. If you are looking for a place where you can leave your stress behind, you are in the right spot. I believe fitness is cheaper than therapy, and these classes are proof.

We do not just stick to one style. You will get a full masala mix of Latin rhythms like Salsa, Merengue, and Reggaeton, paired with high-BPM Bollywood and Afrobeat tracks. If you are worried about your coordination, do not be. Sab chalta hai here. Beginners are welcome because the main goal is simply to keep moving and have fun.

I run sessions across three convenient locations in Delhi: The Wellness Club Gym Xpress in Krishna Nagar, MG FITNESS, and Fitness Trap in Mayur Vihar.
