My Bollywood dance party sessions are designed to break the monotony of standard gym drills. We blend cardio-heavy dance movements with the biggest tracks from 90s retro to today's chart-toppers. The structure is simple: a high-energy warmup to get the blood flowing, a 45-minute dance-fit routine that keeps your heart rate up, and a quick cool-down to keep you feeling good for the rest of your day.
