This is what happens when you come to "just try" one class. You get hooked! I love seeing new faces become part of our Zumba fam, leaving every session with a huge smile, already excited for the next one.

For me, this is more than just a dance fitness class, it's what I call Dance Wellness. It’s about feeling good in your soul, not just your body. We move, we sweat, and we boost our mood with every beat.

Welcome to our judgment-free zone! The only thing I judge is if you miss a class. Here, it's all about high energy, pure fun, and becoming a part of a community that supports and uplifts you.

You can't have a Zumba class without some high-voltage Bhangra! We bring the house down with tracks from artists like Diljit Dosanjh. This is the kind of energy that makes you forget you're even working out.

We don't just work out, we celebrate life! This was from our Holi themed Zumba session, filled with colors, flower petals, and non-stop dancing. We always find a reason to turn our fitness class into a party.

My Zumba fam! This picture says it all. We are a community of all ages and fitness levels, coming together to dance, get fit, and just be happy. Nazar na lage to this amazing squad!

This is what I tell my squad: "Tauba Tauba, nazar na lage!" The energy in our class is just unbeatable. It's a place where everyone can let loose, feel the music, and be their most authentic selves.

When the playlist is so good, the energy just goes through the roof! This is a typical moment in my class where the beats take over and everyone is just lost in the music and the moves.

My sessions are designed to make you forget you are working out. We focus on interval training, so you get the cardio benefits without the monotony of counting reps. Whether it is a trending Bollywood hit or a heavy Bhangra beat, the playlist drives the energy. You do not need to be a dancer to fit in here; you just need to be ready to move.
