We don't just work out, we celebrate life! This was from our Holi themed Zumba session, filled with colors, flower petals, and non-stop dancing. We always find a reason to turn our fitness class into a party.

We combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with the joy of dance, helping you burn calories while boosting your mood. Each 60-minute session is structured with a 5-minute warm-up, intense cardio interval blocks, and a cool-down to ensure you leave feeling energized, not exhausted.

You will find us at professional studios like Gold's Gym (Alpha I and Alpha II) and House of Fitness in Gamma 1. These venues offer shock-absorbent wooden flooring, full-length mirrors, and the right sound system to keep the beats loud. My 'Zumba fam' is a mix of all ages and fitness levels. We celebrate everything—from cricket wins to festivals like Holi and Navratri—so every class feels like a mini-party.

Do I need prior dance experience? Absolutely not. I focus on visual cueing, so even if you have two left feet, you will pick up the rhythm. The only thing I track is how much fun you are having.
What should I bring? Just your comfortable workout gear, a water bottle, and a towel. The studio handles the rest.
