About Bollywood Fitness: Desi Beats Workout
You don't need to be a dancer to start. I break down the choreography from the absolute basics, so even if you have two left feet, you will catch the rhythm in a few sessions. We focus heavily on form correction during these moves to ensure you get a solid workout without the risk of injury.
Fitness ka maza tabhi hai jab dil se ho (Fitness is only fun when it comes from the heart). Our Bollywood fitness classes are built to break the monotony of a typical gym session.
What to Expect
Every session is a full-body cardio party. We start with a dynamic warm-up to get the blood flowing, followed by high-intensity Bollywood and Bhangra dance moves that fire up your core and build strength. We wrap up with proper stretching to ensure your body feels fresh, not fried.

You can find us at our studios in Sector 49 (Shatabdi Enclave) and Sector 78, Noida. We use professional shock-absorbent wooden flooring to protect your knees, and the studio is fully air-conditioned with dynamic lighting to keep the energy high.
