I don't believe in one-size-fits-all routines. Fitness That Respects Your Body
Most fitness advice ignores the reality of being a new mom. I’ve lived it—the hormonal imbalance, the exhaustion, and the 'mommy thumb'—so I don't give out workouts that leave you drained or injured.
My programs focus on three pillars:
- Core & Pelvic Recovery: We start with safe movements for diastasis recti and pelvic floor strengthening. No crunches that do more harm than good. We prioritize healing from the inside out.
- Strength & Cardio Balance: I mix traditional tools like the gada (mace) and dumbbells with fun Zumba sessions. It keeps the workout effective for fat loss but interesting enough that you actually look forward to it.
- Real-Life Nutrition: Forget restrictive diets. We focus on Ghar ka Khana (home-cooked meals) that support your metabolic health and milk supply if you are breastfeeding. Simple, sustainable, and doable in an Indian kitchen.
