Whether you are squatting with a barbell or mastering a deep forward fold, we focus on functional movement that actually helps you in daily life. You do not need to be an athlete to start here; our trainers adjust the resistance and intensity so you can work on your mobility and muscle tone safely, right alongside our fun-loving community.

Most of us spend our days hunched over desks, which is why our strength and flexibility sessions are designed to undo that stiffness. We go beyond just lifting heavy weights. We focus on functional training that makes carrying groceries, climbing stairs, or playing with your kids feel effortless.

The Zink Approach

We do not believe in boring, repetitive gym routines. Our trainers mix dynamic warm-ups with mobility drills and strength sets. You will find us using everything from resistance bands and kettlebells to your own body weight to challenge your muscles.

  • Mobility Drills: We make sure your joints stay healthy, which is crucial if you are also into our Bollywood dance or Zumba classes.

Our Facility

You are training on professional wooden sprung dance flooring, which provides excellent shock absorption for your joints. After your workout, you can enjoy the camaraderie of the Zink family in our lounge. We are based in DLF Phase 4, Gurugram, and open to anyone looking for a community that cheers for your wins—whether you just lifted 100kgs or finally touched your toes.
