Improve your strength, balance, and range of motion with our structured conditioning classes. We combine yoga, gymnastics, and dance techniques to help you move better, whether you are a beginner or an experienced dancer.

About this collection

A common myth is that flexibility comes from forcing a stretch. In my classes, we use props like yoga wheels, blocks, and chairs to support the body, allowing you to deepen your range of motion safely. This approach helps you build the necessary strength to hold these positions without risking injury.

We do not just ask you to touch your toes. Our training is a structured mix of dance conditioning, gymnastics, and yoga. Whether you are working toward a split, improving your backbend, or building core stability, I guide you through every movement with specific techniques.

How We Train

We keep groups small, limited to 10 to 15 students, to ensure I can provide hands-on corrections on your posture and technique. This is crucial for safely increasing your mobility. We use professional flooring and mirrors to help you track your alignment as you progress.

Your Options

  • Group Classes: We run sessions in Salt Lake, Lake Town, and Kestopur. These cover 8 sessions per month with a consistent schedule.
  • Private Sessions: If you need a more personalized approach, I offer 1-on-1 home tuition. This is ideal if you are preparing for a specific event or need to focus on weight loss or technical skill upgrades.
  • Online Training: If you cannot make it to our studios in Kolkata or Purulia, we provide online options to help you train from anywhere.

We welcome everyone, regardless of your current fitness level. Whether you are a dancer needing to improve lines or someone who wants to move with more freedom, you will find the right level of challenge in our classes.
