About Bhangra & Step Aerobics
We specifically use professional wooden sprung flooring for our aerobics and Bhangra sessions because your joints take a beating during high-impact dance movements. It provides the necessary shock absorption so you can jump, stomp, and spin freely without the strain often caused by exercising on hard concrete or tiled floors common in many other studios.
