This is our HIITSTEP class in action. It's a challenging but rewarding workout that builds lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance using aerobic steppers.

A quick look at the variety in my fitness classes. We move from yoga for core strength and flexibility, to dumbbell exercises for toning, to high-energy dance choreography.

Here, my clients are using resistance bands for an effective upper body workout. This is a great way to build strength and tone your arms, shoulders, and back.
