Yoga, Mobility & Mindful Moments
Sometimes the best workout isn't a high-energy dance session; it’s about finding balance, fixing your posture, and actually listening to your body.
Finding balance and strength with a partner yoga flow. This beautiful sequence helps build trust, stability, and a deeper connection.
Surround yourself with people who lift you higher, literally. Partner stretches like this are great for improving flexibility and having some fun.
In the midst of movement and chaos, it's important to find stillness. A gentle cool-down stretch helps release tension and calm the mind after a tough workout.
If you were looking for a sign to take a moment for yourself, here it is. A simple Vajrasana, or thunderbolt pose, is perfect for meditation and aiding digestion after a meal.
About this collection
I don't believe in yoga being just about perfection or holding poses for an hour to 'look' flexible. My mobility sessions are about undoing the damage of our daily grind, whether that’s a stiff lower back from sitting at a desk or tight shoulders from overworking. We keep it practical and honest—if a pose hurts, we modify it until it feels right for your body, not a textbook.
Let's be real—most of us are living with constant, low-grade discomfort. We sit for hours, we slump, and then we wonder why our hips are locked up. My approach at the Maxburn Fitness studio in Koramangala is simple: we prioritize functional mobility and mindful movement over fancy acrobatics.
Whether you are dealing with a lingering injury or just feeling generally 'stuck,' this is the space to slow down. I incorporate yoga-inspired flows, deep tissue release techniques, and mobility drills that actually translate to your real life.
We talk about the 'why' behind the pain. If you're stressed or your cycle is making everything feel ten times harder, we pivot. You don’t need to be an athlete to start here. You just need to show up and be willing to move in ways that might feel new. It’s not about finding enlightenment; it’s about making your body feel like a place you actually want to live in again. No pretenses, no judgment—just consistent movement that helps you stay strong, injury-free, and sane.
