Fitness is for everyone, and I love bringing that energy to my kids' dance fitness classes. Here I am with my amazing group of young champs after a fun-filled session of movement and games.
About Kids Dance Fitness
I don't just teach steps. We focus on rhythm, agility, and motor skills through simple, fun choreography set to popular Bollywood and pop music. It is all about helping them build coordination in a safe, non-competitive environment where they can just be themselves.
How We Make Fitness Fun
I believe fitness should be a joy, not a chore. My kids' dance fitness classes are designed for children aged 5 to 12. Instead of focusing on strict perfection, we focus on movement, rhythm, and confidence. By using upbeat music and simple, repetitive steps, we help children improve their gross motor skills and overall coordination without the pressure of a traditional class.
The Curriculum
Each month includes 8 to 12 sessions. We keep the batches small, usually 8 to 10 kids, so every child gets proper attention. The sessions cover:
- Dance Fitness: Simple, catchy routines that build stamina.
- Motor Skills: Specific drills for hopping, balancing, and coordination.
- Agility Games: Fun movements that keep them engaged and active.
Why Train With Us
We run these sessions out of HSR Fitness World in AECS Layout. The space features wooden flooring which is excellent for safety and shock absorption. Because we keep the groups small, your child isn't just a number in a large room, but a part of a community. Parents are welcome to observe, and we make sure the energy stays high from the warm-up to the final stretch. Whether your child is naturally athletic or just needs a way to burn off energy after school, this class provides a healthy outlet.
