This is a typical scene from one of our group sessions, where everyone is engaged in a different part of a HIIT circuit. This format keeps the workout dynamic and ensures you're always challenging your body in new ways.
We mix different training styles to keep things interesting. Here, a client moves from boxing drills straight into a challenging upper body workout on the monkey bars, building grip strength and endurance.
About HIIT & Strength Circuits
My classes focus on functional movement, which means we train for real-life strength rather than just vanity muscle. We use gear like battle ropes, kettlebells, and tires, and I personally watch your form to keep you injury-free. You should know that my intensive batches are limited to small groups, so you get actual coaching instead of just following a generic workout video.
If you are tired of the same old treadmill routine, my HIIT and strength circuits are designed to shake things up. I run these sessions at HSR Fitness World in both AECS Layout and Sector 1, focusing on efficiency and intensity.
How We Train
We don't just count reps. We move. My approach combines:
- Functional Strength: Using tires, kettlebells, and battle ropes to build muscles that work for you in real life.
- Combat Conditioning: Integrating kickboxing drills that spike your heart rate and burn fat fast.
- Technical Form: Because I keep group sizes tight, I can walk the floor and correct your stance or lift, ensuring you stay safe while pushing your limits.
Who Is This For?
It doesn't matter if you are just starting or have been training for years. The only requirement is that you show up ready to work. If you are nervous about jumping into a mixed group, I also offer dedicated ladies-only batches where the energy is just as high, but the environment is entirely comfortable.
