High-intensity, non-intimidating combat fitness sessions designed for women. Whether you are a beginner or a regular, we focus on technique, strength, and stamina in a supportive environment.

About Women-Only Batches
We do not do 'light' workouts just because it is a women's batch. Expect the same intensity as our mixed classes, with a strict focus on form, cardiovascular endurance, and real kickboxing technique. You will be using battle ropes, heavy bags, and dumbbells, so bring your gym shoes and be prepared to sweat.
Many women feel hesitant walking into a mixed gym or a combat class full of heavy hitters. My women-only batches remove that barrier. It is all about creating a space where you can focus entirely on your movement, your stance, and your breathing without feeling self-conscious.
What we cover in these sessions
- Cardio Kickboxing: We use rhythm and movement to get your heart rate up. It is not just about punching; it is about coordination and stamina.
- Functional Strength: We use kettlebells, tires, and battle ropes. This builds real-world strength, not just gym muscle.
- Combat Fundamentals: You learn how to throw a proper punch and how to defend yourself. We focus on technique first, power second.
Batch Dynamics
These are small groups. I keep the numbers controlled so I can move around the floor and correct your form during circuits. If you are struggling with a stance or a specific drill, I am there to fix it. We track your progress, not just your weight. Whether your goal is fat loss, toning, or simply building the discipline to show up every day, this is where it happens. No intimidation, just hard work.
