My Approach

Building a resilient athlete takes more than just logging miles. I start with strength - deadlifts, presses, and functional training like lunges, ropes, and serious core work. Strong bodies handle endurance better and help with injury prevention for runners.

Once you’re solid, we focus on sport-specific skills. For running, I add resistance band drills and treadmill sessions. If cycling is your thing, I’ll join you for group rides and coach technique. Triathlon training strategies? We cover swim, bike, run, making sure you become a true 'khatarnak player' (dangerous player).
